LLP - Further contribution by partner without any mention in deed
Partner of LLP has brought in further capital contribution apart from that mentioned in the LLP deed as initial contribution. There is no documentation to this effect. is there any non compliance. ? Please quote section and case law if possible.

Dear Sir,
Pass a Resolution with majority of partners for Inclusion of two clauses one for modification of LLP Agreement and the other for Increase in actual contribution made by partners to LLP.
File Form 3 with the regitrar within 30 days by attaching the resolution passed.
