LLP Formation QUERY

Whether any attached document is to be notarised in Form FiLLiP, like the subscriber cum consent sheet. Whether to be prepared on regular paper or stamp paper.

Also if the LLP is to be registered at the Address of the Group Company, whether latest utility Bill and Consent letter is enough or do we have to prepare rent agreement?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies requirements for Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) formation. It addresses whether documents like the subscriber cum consent sheet need notarisation, confirming that self-attestation is now sufficient and stamp paper is not required. For registering an LLP at a group company's address, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) via board resolution from the group company is adequate, negating the need for a rent agreement.

As per memory, MCA has now stopped asking for any attestation from notary public, self attestation is sufficient and no stamp paper is required. if it is being registered at the same address where the group companies are there, a NOC from the group companies by way of board resolution for sharing the premises for maintaining the registered office of proposed LLP.

Yes, i agree with above, now notary is not required and for registered office address, board resolution and NOC from group company will be sufficient.
