Hello Experts!
While filling Form FiLLip what documents are to be attached, besides Identity and Address Proof of Partner and LLP, Form 9.

Is there any declaration required to be filed by the partners like in the case of Pvt Ltd we attach Form INC-9?

And is form 9required to be notarized?

And is LLP agreement required to be notarized?

procedure can follows for LLP.

Step 1 : Application for DIN or DPIN. All designated partners of the proposed LLP shall obtain “Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN)”. ...
Step 2 : Acquire/ Register DSC. ...
Step 3 : New User Registration. ...
Step 4 : Incorporate a LLP. ...
Step 5 : File LLP Agreement.

I know the process for LLP registration but I was looking for clarification on declaration by partners of the proposed LLP to the LLP in form Fillip, whether it is rquired to be notarized?
