Llp form-4 filing for change in nominee of body corporate

Dear Member,

I had a confusion it is as follows:

A LLP has three partners. All the three partners are body corporate (Company) and 3 nominees (Director of Company) are nominated from body corporate as designated partners. One of the designated partners (Nominee from a company) Mr. X died on 09/05/2016.

Now the other director of a company (partner) wish to Nominated Mr. y instead of Mr. X as body corporate designated partner.

My Query is which form should be filed for this change?

Is form-4 LLP filed for change in nominee?

Is Form-3 filing necessary?

Please suggest.
