As fillip form allots 2 DINs only so I applied 2 out of 3 partners as designated partners. I have applied DIN for the third partner through DIR-3 form as he also intends to become designated partner. Now I need to file LLP agreement . Form 3 is stating 2 designated partners and 1 partner using PREFILL facility. How should I update the designated partner information? Do I need to file 2 LLP agreements - original and amended.?
