Llp form 3

I have a query regarding LLP form 3
After uploading LLP Form3  i received a message from MCA "AS PER LLP3 FORM THERE IS RATIFICATION FOR WHICH RESOLTUION IS NOT ENCLOSED The defects or incompleteness in any respect in this eForm as noticed by the Registrar have been placed on the Ministry website (www.mca.gov.in) In view of the above, you are therefore, directed that  this eForm should be resubmitted complete in all respects. 

what is the requirement to file LLP FORM 3 for resubmission.
