i have submitted form 1 and I received a notice for resubmission stating that the keyword in TM Class 5.
this means do I need to change the name and resubmit the form or is there any other procedure to register the LLP with the same name.

you may resubmit with the same name but u need to take noc from the applicant who got registered the keyword with the trademark authority. Also attach TM 1 with the noc.
