i have submitted form 1 and I received a notice for resubmission stating that the keyword in TM Class 5.
this means do I need to change the name and resubmit the form or is there any other procedure to register the LLP with the same name.
The applicant who registered the keyword with the trademark authorities must provide a noc before you can submit again using the same term.
