I have filed Form 1 for LLP Name Approval and filled the State as Assam but now I want to change it to Meghalaya. How to do it? I have not filed any other form and I have received approval of a name

You can file the fresh Form with revised state attaching a clarification letter that the earlier form filed was having a mistake and hence, if that form is apporved, we will not use the name linked with this SRN. Earlier SRN will automatically expire.
