I have a quiry related to service provider firm is registering under LLP then what will be the turnover and contribution limit for audit clause? as generally service provider firm is audited when it crosses 50 lakhs...
Your help appreciated.

Capital 25 lakhs or more or Turnover 40 lakhs or more
