Ours is a Firm of Chartered Accountants practicing in Pune. we are planning to form a new LLP. Can a CA firm Practice in LLP format? there was a news few days ago that a CA frim can practice in LLP format and ICAI will soon come with guidelines for registration of LLP CA firms. also MCA has issued a circular dt. 4th April 2011 that LLP CA Firm can be appointed as auditor. Please give you comments with reference to the government/ICAI circulars/notification.
