My Pvt. Company converted into LLP on 10th March 2017 now in ITR return can I need to upload two separate return? For Private Company and for LLP.

yes... for company p.y. 01/04/2016 to 10/03/2017 and for LLP FROM 10/03/2017 TO 31/03/2017
and for ROC return like Form AOC-4
also can you please provide me section in which it mention for ITR filing so I can elaborate to other party.
