A LLP was incorporated on 10th Feb 2021 but Form 3 has not been filed till date. If i file form 3 in present day then there would be liability of approx. 18,000/- as additional fee. In addition to this, there would be Rs. 10,000/- approx additional fee for Form 11.
Plz suggest, if i close the LLP in March 2022 without filing any form for the time being, then whether i will have to have to pay late fee for Form 3 & 11 at that time also.
