Is it mandatory to file charge details in case of LLP to ROC?

Yes, charge creation/ modification and satisfaction by LLP to be filed in FORM 8 mandatorily. The "Interim" button should be selected in the Form 8 and form to be filled accordingly.

Also henceforth please ask query in appropriate subforum. For this, it is "CORPORATE LAW".
