LLP audit under LLP Act, 2008 and IT act, 1961

Hello,

I have a query regarding LLP Audit. As my turnover has crossed Rs. 40 lakhs , Audit is mandatory under LLP act. Is any format under which we have to file the audit. Please share the same.

Also , at the same time my turnover has crossed Rs. 1 crore but i have reported loss for the same year. Is audit also compulsory under Income Tax Act .

Please clarify the confusions.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies audit requirements for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) under both the LLP Act, 2008 and the Income Tax Act, 1961. If your LLP's turnover exceeds ₹40 lakhs, an audit is mandatory under the LLP Act, and specific formats for the audit report and financial statements must be filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Furthermore, if the turnover surpasses ₹1 crore, an audit is also compulsory under the Income Tax Act, regardless of whether the LLP reported a profit or loss. The discussion also confirms that Form 3CA is the correct form to file in such cases.

Yes audit is applicable as turnover exceeds 1 crores rupees
For 1st Part Yes there is format of LLP audit report and Financial statements, which are required to be file with Roc.

2nd part Yes audit is mandatory in you case as turnover exceeds Rs 1crore

Can you please share the format of LLp audit to be filed with ROC or please share the source of it.

Also as LLp audit is to be done, do we need to file Form 3CA /form CD instead of Form  3CB/CD

Yes you need to file 3CA
