Hi,
I would like to know if a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) can get their books of accounts audited by a CA outside his state. In this case the LLP is based in Maharashtra and the CA firm is based outside Maharashtra.

Yes Natasha,
He can get it audited from any Chartered Accountant.
There is no bar on the CA being from the same state or same city etc.

Like Companie,s an auditor or auditors of a LLP shall be appointed for each financial year of the LLP for auditing its accounts.
