Quick Summary
If your Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) experienced a loss for the financial year 2020-21, you must still file a tax return. This is essential for carrying forward those losses to future tax periods. Filing is mandatory for LLPs, even when operating at a loss, regardless of your capital contribution or gross receipts.
