I am CA in Practice, I got a client which is an LLP. Now By May30th I need to File annual return with ROC, Can one one suggest me the site where i can download the format of Annual Return for LLP.

The form is required to file online and it is not like MCA 21. so you have required to file the form online and also you can not save it. however you can see the forms which are you had filed in your ID.
The forms are available on LLP site. I think the form no 11 is for annual filing. you can find link for LLP site on www.mca.gov.in/MCA21 .
If any clearification required than tell me.
