If a LLP is registered in January 2020 than is there any requirement to file Form 8 and 11 for FY 19-20. If No, than LLP can file both the forms for FY20-21 in MAY 21 without late fees .

You have to confirm from MCA web site , Check FAQ section or write mail . Also you have to check provisions in LLP Act .
