LLP Registered in 15-Feb-20
We have not filed LLP Agreement due to COVID-19.Now when we try to file Agreement ,penality comes to around 35K-40K.
Any Solution or wait for another Amensty Scheme.
Whether we can file Form 11 & 8 without filing LLP Agreement.
