Whether we have to submit Partners Agreement copy of LLP OR NOT? .If yes then please tell me the procedure

Yes it is required to be filed within 30 days of registration of LLP in Form LLP 3.You are required to prepare LLP Agreement on Stamp paper and attach scanned copy with LLP Form3.
