I AM PRACTISING CA PRACTISING SINCE LAST 9 YEARS. MY EMPHAISIS IS ON SALES TAX PRACTICE THOUGH I AM ALSO INVOLVED IN INCOME TAX COMPLIANCE. I AM INTENDING TO PURSUE LLB NOW TO GET KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FUNDAMENTALS OF LAW LIKE CONSTITUTION, LAW OF EVIDENCE, CIVIL PROCDURE CODE, JURISPRUDENCE ETC. I AM OF OPINION THAT IT WILL HELP IN BETTER INTERPRETTATION. MY SENIOR ARE OF OPINION THAT ALL THESE THINGS CAN BE STUDIED EVEN BY PURCHASING BOOKS AND READING, THERE IS NO NEED TO DO LLB FOR THAT. PLEASE GUIDE.

It mostly depends on yourself... if you think that by doing llb only you can study those books then u can go for llb
else you can study that books without pursuing llb also na.. there is no complusion of llb
ya llb karne se u have to study if u have to clear.. so finally u want or not once u fill llb u have to study to clear....
