I have a doubt about listing of equity.Can anyone please explain me the relation and meaning of post issue capital and market capitalization while applying for listing in a easy manner.

M Cap= No. of Shares X Market Price per Share
Thats an easy and mathematical expression. But what is the required post listing composition of the euity structure. If you can cite an example???????????????/
