under 560, the cmpany is struck off and not liquidated. there is a lot differnec among this

For struck off the company, you need to follow

1. Required Board resolution passed for striking off the company

2. Statement of affairs from CA that the company has nil assets and liabilities

3. affidavits and bonds from all the directors that they do not want to continue the company and will be liable in future if any liability arises.

4. Signed proof of all the directors i.e. identity proof and address proof.

hi mohit thanks for that insight . indeed sec.560 deals with striking off name of the company due to non complaince of regulatiry norms.
