Liquidation of Chit Fund Company

Hi Everyone.

I wanted to know about the liquidation of chit fund company under EES 2010.

Are we required to take any no obejection certificate for the purpose of liquidation ?
Is there anty other specific requirement apart from the standard procedure provided by EES 2010?

Chit Fund company also have to comply with RBI compliance. so apart form EES 2010 comply with RBI guidelines related to Chit Fund Company.
