It seems from ur query that u or someone else want to puruse cs/cwa without submitting form and want to analyse the risk that whether insitute can come to know about it directly from icsi/icwa. anyway as of now there is no such official link between these bodies but this is not sure and even in future these bodies can establish such link anytime they want as now icai is getting serious about dummy trainings and more than one courses being pursued by the students so even if there is no such open link yet but it may be established in future (and may be without informing students)
