Last month was the end date. Now you have to pay 1000/- fine

Yes it is mandatory, File it by 30.6.21 otherwise Penalty will be imposed

No it is not mandatory that your PAN must be link with Aadhaar to file IT return but it is mandatory to quote Aadhaar while filing your IT Return. further it is mandatory to link your PAN with Aadhar on or before 30.06.2021 to make your PAN Valid else after that your PAN become invalid.

After March 2021 the date has been extended upto 30th june with a circular from uidai.
