Get mobile number changed to Aadhar first, through Aadhar seva Kendra or post office..
Login to efiling income tax portal and link Adhar with PAN.
Visit IT website and click on link aadhaar with PAN . Enter your PAN and aadhaar details, DOB and submit.
If your mobile number printed on the aadhaar card then your mobile number is already linked to aadhaar else visit the nearest aadhaar enrollment centre and update it
