yes, all compliance to be done for last three years by paying late fees

first confirm whether it is struk off or still active ?
if it is active then file MGT-7 and AOC-4 with additional fee (calculate from MCA calculator).
additional form also required to file like INC- 22A, DIR-3KYC etc
