Is Limited Review performed for all types of companies - listed, private, etc? What are the types of companies for which Limited Review is required to be performed other than listed entities.

IN an effort to further tighten disclosure norms, the SEBI has made mandatory limited review for unaudited quarterly financial results of companies by their auditors from the quarters ending on or after June 30, 2003.

only listed companies are required to perform Limited Review..
