But sir their is the prescribed eForm 3 in MCA for filling the agreement.
Rahul ji there is a prescribed E Form and not Prescribed Format. So note that although you draft the agreement as per your comfort but the points mentioned in the e form 3LLP should be mentioned in LLP Agreement also.
