hello can anybody recommend an article on forming limited liability partnerships in india, and what are the pros n cons of it?

First u need to have at least 2 designated partners
Than obtain dpin and Dsc
Name availability shall be checked
After that Llp agreement shall be drafted and after that forms for incorporation shall be filled roc, than ROC shall issue incorporation certificate

The cost depends upon professional to professional. However government fee shall be around 3000 to 4000
That would include DSC and DI\N fees
