Hello,

1.Is the formation of LLC authorized in India?

2.If yes, state what is the procedure to start?

3.Do you agree if I am saying LLP and LLC are the same?

LLC and LLP are not same , LLP means " Limited Liability Partnership " , Governed by LLP Act 2008 . No such LLC formation in India, like in other countries.
