what is the limit of amount in Rupees deductible under section 80 C under title tuition fees?

There is no limit to claim tuition fees under 80C .
provided fees is not included with development fees ,donations,books fees and other payments similar to it.

We can claim tuition fee up-to Rs 1.5 lakhs as per sec 80C and it's related provisions & deductions...
