f.y 19-20 my lic premium i paid on april 2019 and after then on april 2020.
can i take deduction on both premium for income tax of Fy 19-20 as government increased take till june 2020 for 80 c investment purpose

Yes, you can claim deduction of both LIC premium u/s 80c for FY 2019- 20

The government has announced that taxpayers have time until June 30, 2020 to complete their tax-saving exercise for FY2019-20.
