Yes there are certain libraries where your own books are allowed. Barakhamb road, rajendra place, janak puri and many more. U must look for it at ur nearest place. Google it
i am also in need of such place...could you please confirm that is there any kind of registration there? If yes, from where i can get that?
I live near lakshmi nagar.
