A person operate mobile recharge shop. In a year total recharge amount 30lakhs and receive 3% commission on total recharge amount .how to do.....
if he take gstin no. then he will be tax pay or not?

He does not required GSTN. Recharge amount is already GST paid amount

but bank manager says that gstin no. is required otherwise u cannot withdraw amount

why did you open a bank account ?

you can use your saving account.

he has operate only one saving account but bank manager refuse to withdraw amount becoz any time account bank approx 5 to 10 lakh . he is doing every transation in account then how to do?
