one of my client died on 4th april who was providing renting of immovable service
and the cheques for rent for the month of april,may &june is recived in his name only
can we file return for said period in his name or other remedy available ...

It will be filed under the name of the authorised signatory.
Is there any further specific procedure for filing return of deceased assessee ???
