Liability of service tax on truck rent

 Sir I have a propritorship firm that mainey provide Labour supply to private limited company and i have some trucks , i have attached my trucks to a partnership firm (transporter) and this firm provide GTA service to body corporate.

When I receive income of truck from partnership firm is taxable under supply of tangible??

I have no any agreement between i and partnership firm
