Letting go
One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go. Change is never easy and letting go of guilt, anger, love, loss or betrayal requires that you change YOU. It’s our nature to fight to hold on and it’s also our nature to fight to let go. But, to be the BEST we can be, we have to let go of everything that is weighing us down. Only then do we learn the lesson that life is teaching us.
