As per the new act 2013, CIN and former name of the company needs to be mentioned on the letter head.
But whatr about the already printed letter heads, shud we get letter heads printed again?

You can make rubber stamp of CIN and old name of Co. and affix it on old letter head.

Section 12 (3)(c) of Comapnies Act 2013 is talking about printing of Letter Head and other materail bearing the CIN No. of the company. Please go through the same.
