can any one help me out regarding the format of letter given by the company
to the person acting as director or MD informing him about the remuneration plus incentives , provident fund given by the company.

thank u priyanka..but there is some other way to inform directors about their remuneration or we have to mention the whole thing whatever is written in this letter....after modifying
You may prepare an agreement on the same line.
Agree wid Ars Agreement or detailed Appointment letter is enough.
Please Find Attached Agreement for above purpose.
