28 May 2009it seems that we have no resort left other than to move to Judicial Court to overturn the directions of ICAI in relation to transfer rules...
Therefore, I have decided to file writ in Mumbai or Delhi High Court in third week of June...
I request you all to pour in with your logical arguments to make our case stronger...I do not want sympathies, best wishes or similar stuff....all I want to good arguments...

Bonded Labour, Exploitation and above all no actuion against its Members by ICAI are the main reaons I am against these rules.

I supports your move.
it's our fundamental right to change office to get better exposure.Unknowiling or because of lack of knowledge we may choose wrong office, where we can't get better exposure.If we don't change the office CA course may be curse for us. I also want to tell that most of the audit firm are doing outsourcing work rather than audit work and article student are implemented for that. Principle are getting data entry person in stipend rate. Is this good for student? If this decision is taken to stop the dummy article, then there are other strategies. This is the wrong move of institute. This decision will demoralise the student who wants to get better exposure. Because one office cannot give everything for student who is going to be CA tommorow. Most of the principle are using there low paid article assistant to pay the telephone bills , E.B. and wants to do there domestic work. What? Are we there servant? If we don't get a chance to transfer we should do that things for whole 3 and 1/2 years.is this good for student? I want logic behind the institute decision.

I FULLY SUPPORT UR MOVE...I FROM MY SIDE IS READY TO SUPPORT THIS CASE...I THINK THE FIRST MOVE SHOULD BE STARTED FROM DELHI ITSELF...WHY CANT WE ALL GATHER TOGETHER AT A DATE AND PUT PRESSURE TO ICAI..
WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING TO UPRAISE OURSELF.

whether it would be form of petition or writ would depend on the extent of research we all can pull in...in case we file a writ, we would require to court judicial pronouncements...rules at similarly placed organizations, etc...in petition we need only to plead injustice...so it depends how things pan out in next few days...however, I am in favor of one solid writ backed by several individuals petitions filed by article assistants

I Truly Appreciate Your Cause and Pledge my support through this forum.
HALLA BOL AGAINST ALL THOSE WHO EXPLOIT & PLAY WITH OUR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF CHOICE.
