Hard work means Long Term Process but surely gives Success.

Smart work means Short Term Process it gives Success if there is Luck.

there is a difference between knowledge and education,and that diference is filled by smart work and whoever is able to feel that gap becomes smart hard worker.................so hard work and smart work hv to go hand in hand in combination to get success..............................

hey pooja i blv both r needed in combination..............only hard work or only smart wrk cannot land one onto lands of heaven.................v got to focus on both ,if v got to stand out of the crowd...............whats ur take on that?

sOMEBODY SAID " THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE TO HARD WORK".

THIS CONNOTATION DOES NOT SATND TRUE IN TODAYS WORLD..I BELEIVE IN SMART WORK..I DID NOT PREPARE HARD FOR MY CA..I HARDLY GOT 4 MONTHS INCLUDING THE COACHING PART..I READ SMART .. I WROTE SMART..

ANOTHER EXAMPLE.." DURING INTERVIEW THEY DO NOT JUDGE YOU BY YOUR HARD WORK,THEY SEE YOUR SMARTNESS"

bUT YES SMARTNESS SHOULD BE BACKED BY KNOWLEDGE TO GO A LONG WAY

Pooja : to clear  CA there is a combination of one is needed (i.e) SMART IN HARD WORK.

If we are Smart but not work it in Hard or If we do hard work of studing for 16 hours in a day but we are not Smart to what Examiner expect to answer. In this way both are not seprately work out. So we need in Combination.

ONLY Smart Work will give success in life.
