Let out property under income from House property

Hi Sir or Madam

we are filing return of a female citizen.
her husband has own house she has another property on her name which was let out by her

She has salaried Income too

under income from house property

Can I consider her property as let out one as she is paying interest for a loan to acquire that property

Can I consider the actual interest for the purpose of section 24 B

Please advise
