One of my client have Rs. 19000 TDS as showing on 26AS. but after processing the return department only credited 8000 to his account. I have applied for rectification request but nothing happened . Please help and also specify the possible reasons for this..

I HAVE CHECKED 143(1) BUT STILL IN 26AS TDS IS SHOWING FULL i'e 19000 BUT DEPARTMENT ACCEPT ONLY 7500 HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE..?
