Legal services reverse charge
Hello, I have a doubt regarding the concept of services provided by arbitral or individual/firms to any other person than a business entity is exempt? They haven't explained clearly what does business entity mean and I also know that it is exempt for business entity(Reverse Charge) if their t/o is less than 10Lakhs. I request you to explain this at the earliest.

Yes, your understanding is correct. Legal Services provided by Advocates/Firms/Arbitral Tribunal is exempt under following siuations:
(i) When service receiver is not a Business Entity or
(ii) When the turnover of the Business Entity in the preceding year is below Rs. 10 Lacs.
And in all other cases, such services are covered under 100% reverse charge.
