Legal Notice

Hello everyone,

I purchased a product online and it stopped working under warranty and there is no response from the vendor instead of repeated service requests/calls, So I want to file a case in consumer court online.

Before filing a consumer case, Is it necessary to send a Legal notice ? or I can directly file the case.

Thanks for the help.

Regards,

Kumar.

Better to Raise a complaint at first...
If You don't get any response then go to next step...
Register a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline portal. it is very effective.

Yes, I have already registered my Grievance at consumer helpline portal but no response from vendor. So I want to proceed further either with Legal Notice or consumer court ?

Legal notice canot be issued so eSiky.
Well done Mukherjee...
You can definitely send legal notice to vendor but first the terms of service provided at the time of sale required to be examined.

Yes sir, I agree but instead of knowing that I have also complained at NCH. If there is No proper response and delaying tactics to customer complaints/emails/calls(IN warranty product) ?
