Legal heir credentials

online or offline ? 

under offline ( physical return_ at the declaration point, put the name and pan no of asseseee who is signing the return. 

at online module, you have to register a legal hair / nominee on site to file the return, ( the return would get filed with the nominee / legal hair login only) 

i have registered myself as legal hieir.i would file online.

if the pan of deceased is registered , then it will display in login of legal heir, and he can submit the return from his account , 

fill the return as normal and at the declaration point, fill the name of legal heir and his pan details,
