I want to know about filing e return using legal heir login, whose account number shall i mention in itr,whose name should be given in verification part, who can sign the itr v. Pls reply

Well. I've dealt with a similar case before.
We mentioned the legal heir's details and mentioned the event of death in the notes appended to the return of income.
I believe that should suffice.
