Will the Tax return preparation and filling services provided by the Advocate firm to a Company attract ST under Reverse charge mecahnism...I mean will the above service can be termed as Legal consultancy service???

Actually it is a procedural work but such service provided by an advocate or advocate so that it is a legal service and in this case service receiver liability have to pay services tax under RCM.
